Shipping Policy

We use standard shipping via United States Postal Service & UPS

Order Processing and Shipping takes within 2-7 business days for completion.

You have up to 6 hours to cancel order with full refund. Please send email to customerservice@ydboutique.com.

Once 6hours has passed your order cannot be canceled.

Customers will be notified of any delays with email/text provided. 

Email/Text confirmation containing tracking information for your order will be provided.

Should you not receive your tracking information within 48 hours of purchase completion, please contact us via email customerservice@ydboutique.com

Please note delivery time may be affected due to current GLOBAL PANDEMIC and/or inclement weather. As such, once proper tracking information is given/received. YD Boutique is no longer held responsible for item arrival time.

We will keep tracking your order until delivery and notify you off any delays.

In the interest of all parties involved, we advise customers to keep track of purchased items and involve your local USPS/UPS office first if any issue arise.

*If there is any fraud or high-risk alert on any order placed, YD Boutique will contact you via any means informing you of the alert and immediately process your refund.

*Once you are Flagged as high risk or fraud, future transactions with us will cease indefinitely.
